This week: Music lovers rejoice! We are back with a new round of Supergroup, our musician | musician puzzle set that’s chock full of unlikely collaborations (and honestly some that I could see happening)!
This week we celebrate one of my favorite art forms, the music video. Fellow MTV junkies may remember MTV Takeovers, where a celebrity would take over programming of MTV for 24 hours. We’re taking a different interpretation of the phrase. Each of this week’s mashups features an iconic music video that has been invaded by another artist.

Cutting Clash: One of this week’s entries left me with a predicament, with both artists having iconic groundbreaking music videos. Do I go with one of my favorite videos of all time? Or do I go with a video that’s immediately recognizable to anyone who’s ever seen it? I decided to go with the latter, which unfortunately meant me ditching the above image.
The good news: this gave me an excuse to rewatch the video for Do The Evolution, which (sadly) holds up amazingly well almost 30 years later!! Check it out below:
